Payment due. You pay, I bake! 50% deposit is required up front upon finalization of design, so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, and perfect packaging.

Your order in not placed until I receive the deposit. Availability may change while the deposit isn’t submitted. Final payment is due the day of pick-up.

Your deposit reserves your pick-up date too! Win win for all of us!

 

Custom Order Minimums. I require a minimum order of 2 dozen! Need fewer? Check out our pre-sales announced on my Facebook page!

 

In a hurry? While I can't accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 14 days may require a rush fee.

Achoo! Allergies? I am unable to accommodate allergy-conscious orders but please do reach out - I may have a perfect referral for you!

 

Inspiration. Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They're just that - inspiring. But your cookies may not be perfect replicas - we'll try to keep it close.

Pictures are worth a thousand words. But they're not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with. Also - cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I'd frankly love to eat an 8.5x11 in cookie)
 

Change Cutoff. Decisions are tough! But we're here to help.

Order changes can be made up until 2 weeks prior to pick-up. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee may apply.

 

Pickup Dates and Times. Pick up dates and times are set upon ordering.
 

Delivery Clause. Most orders are pick-up only, however we can provide delivery service for a nominal fee for large orders or big events such as wedding or conference.

 

They’re all yours now- Once cookies are picked up, I am not responsible for them. Please inspect them upon pick-up. Your cookies come with a cookie care card for proper storage until your event.

If you are not happy with your cookies, please return them within 24 hours so I can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. I will then determine if a credit will be given for a future order.
 

No show = no cookies. These cookies are best enjoyed fresh! Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time forfeits your order. But take heart - we'll donate to a family in need if we don’t hear from you 24 hours post pick-up time.  

Need to reschedule your pick-up time? Please reach out one day prior to your pickup day.

Refunds. I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment is accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order has likely already been placed. But the good news - you get the cookies!

Price Adjustments. All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I'm always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means I can't honor old pricing (because the local grocery store won't honor their old flour prices - darn it).

Product Photography. Say Cheese! We create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet lookin' sweets. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me.

Cottage Food Laws. Our cookies are made in a home kitchen that may process common food allergens and is not subject to public health inspection. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law.

In Sickness and in Health. You're consuming food and with the consumption of anything there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities.
